Robber Run is a stealth puzzle game in which you play a master burglar, executing daring heists in well guarded buildings. Every level involves observation, planning and timing to grab loot and retreat safely without being caught by guards or security devices.
You go across levels of 2D platforms, but your goal is to not be seen. You do not fight directly, your best weapons are patience and awareness of the circumstance.
Each door, each safe is a small puzzle of timing and accuracy. A wrong lockpicking can create noise and immediately attract unwanted attention.
Sometimes the journey to the treasure isn’t a straight line. Many stages have you analyse the room layout, find ways to activate secret machinery or find detours to dodge cameras.
There are hidden bonuses throughout the chambers in addition to the main goal. This is a prize for those players who take the time to pause and look carefully in every corner instead of only focused on the goal.
From modest houses with one or two guards, to complex buildings with several cameras and patrols, the difficulty is increased appropriately, not overpowering at the beginning but yet demanding enough in the finish of the game.
Dim lighting, patchy shadows, the sound of guards’ footfall echoing in the distance — all this create the characteristic suspense of classic heist films, only this time you are the one who is organising the operation.

The basic rules are simple: invade, collect and get out safely. But the trick is executing those three stages without exposing yourself.
When you enter each level, take a few seconds to watch before you move on. What angle is the camera looking from? The guards follow a specific route, and it takes them a certain amount of time to finish a circle. These minor questions are important for survival.
The controls are extremely minimalistic, using only the arrow keys to move and interact with the environment. This simplicity is purposeful; the developers want the players to focus fully on the scenario, and the strategy, not to remember a complex key combination.
If you enjoy challenges that require strategic thinking and stealth, Robber Run is a great option to try.
